Where are you guys located?

We have our office located in Wylie, TX - but we ship our products from warehouses across the nation. 


We do not offer any walk-ins, but we do have our Online Live Chat to give customers the in-store experience in the comfort of their home or workplace. 


How does this all work? 

Car parts can be vast and complicated, so we try our best to make the process easier by providing a Live Agent to assist you on your build. Here is how this all works: 

  1. Use Live Chat and ask questions on products and payment options available. 
  2. Once you’ve found the correct parts and payment plan within your budget - the Live Agent will walk your through the ordering process. 
  3. Once your order has been finalized - you will receive an email for a copy of your invoice and updates will be sent to you periodically as your order is fulfilled. 
  4. Stock items will take 3-10 business days to deliver!

How does the Live Chat work?

You can chat with one of our live agents through multiple messaging platforms in order to assist you with finding the right parts for your vehicle, as well as explaining how your payments will work if you choose to go with a payment plan.

What are your Payment Options?

We offer 3 different payment types 


Lease-to-own, Split payments, and Financing


Lease-to-own

This is a no credit needed application that requires an initial payment of roughly $50 due when you sign (the initial payment goes to the leasing company as a “cost to borrow”, this does not go towards the total for your invoice). 


They offer 90 days to pay your total with no additional cost of lease added - they do also offer a 12 month term with lower payments. When you are approved and your invoice is created, the lease agreement will show the payment breakdown before you decide to sign. 


Approvals up to $5000


Split Payments 

This is a no credit needed payment option but can only be used on items below $1000 in value. This payment option will allow you to pay the total in larger chunks but in a shorter time frame (every 2 weeks) until the total is due (1.5 months, typically). You will have to pay a portion of the total at the time of purchase (it will be considered your first payment).


Financing 

There is no credit check to see if you are pre-approved. There is also no required initial payment - With financing, you will also have a much lower payments and the option for a 6 or 12 month term.

How long does it usually take to ship my order? 

Orders will take about 2 business days to process - If you order is not custom built and is in-stock, it will take about 3-10 business days to deliver to your doorstep. 


Why is my order no longer in stock when I just placed it?

While we try our best to accurately list items that are in stock, inventory can be volatile and waves of unexpected demand on certain items do tend to happen. If an item is no longer in stock after purchase, you will be notified and given the option to either change to another item or cancel your sale.
